UPRIGHT POSTS: All upright posts are to be schedule steel pipe with a 114mm OD and 3mm thickness of the tubing. Posts are to be finished with a baked on powder coat finished. Electro- statically applied polyester powder has a tough finish with maximum durability. The pretreatment and curing process includes the following: acid wash, freshwater rinse, iron phosphate, final rinse and seal, dry-off oven, electro-static powder application, and dual zone cure oven. Finished products have the following typical characteristics: 0.5mm thickness, oven cured between 191oC and 220oC, Flexibility, Impact, Salt Spray resistance, Hardness, and Adhesion.
POST CAP, Clamp, base plate: are to be cast from aluminum, 114mm diameter, with a baked on powder coat finish.
Clip: Clips are to be cast from aluminum, 32mm diameter, with a baked on powder coat finish.
DECK, STEP PLATFORM, STAIR: Shall be an all welded assembly fabricated from 2mm perforated steel. Deck perimeter is punched for attachments. Decks are pressed, punched, and welded; sand blasted to remove rust & impurity; then finish with a baked on powder coat.
HARDWARE: Used for assembly shall be plated to resist rust or stainless steel.
NOTE: Support posts are not included with deck package.
ROOF, SLIDE PLASTIC COMPONENTS: Shall be of rotationally molded from linear low density UV stabilized polyethylene, with color molded in.
